WORKSHOP IN SENSORY ANATOMY

Through a workshop on sensory anatomy we will work on getting to know our own body, its built and the bases of functioning and moving; we will focus on the body and movement through a prism of various bodily systems: bones, organs, nervous system, body fluids … Learning about the body through movement is essential. In the process of learning about our body we change it and we direct it towards greater functionality and the ease of moving. The workshops are led by Zrinka Šimičić Mihanović, professional dancer of contemporary dance, graduated Infant Developmental Movement Educator and student of Somatic Movement Education at the School for Body-Mind Centering®.
